A local hospitality industry's social media initiative that combines the elements of content, appeal, engagement, and reach.

Stellar Service Award

An individual who goes above and beyond to exceed guest expectations and ensure their stay is a 5-star experience. This could include excellent customer service at the front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage or bellhops/porters.

Rookie of the Year Award

An individual who has been in the hospitality industry for less than two years and demonstrates the dedication and passion required for a life-long career.
