  • For the 16th consecutive winter, the City of Akron will provide residents and visitors a season of outdoor fun and activities for adults and children.

  • This weekend is the final weekend of the season, don’t miss out on Northeast Ohio’s most popular spot to ice skate.

  • This year’s new addition, Ice Bikes, offer even more fun, with an opportunity for those non-skaters to experience the ice!

  • The Huntington Ice Rink, Ohio’s largest outdoor seasonal Ice-Skating Rink, is 12 feet longer than in previous years, Great Lakes Construction Ice Bumper Cars, First Tee Polar Putt-Putt (Indoors), and the Signet Polar Cub Rink (Indoors).

The Drip Drive 


  • Shift from idle into overdrive while exploring Greater Akron's Inaugural Coffee Experience Tour.

  • Use the passport (you'll pick one up at your first stop) as a guide to visit the official stops throughout Akron/Summit County, Ohio.

  • Make a purchase at each and get stamped in the respective area.

Itinerary #2: Family Fun



  • Originally opened in 1938 with Humphrey Bogart in “Swing Your Lady”, this theatre has been restored and remains a local favorite for popular films.

  • Now with a dance floor, booths, tables and a concession stand serving classic snacks like popcorn and nachos, along with alcohol, everyone is sure to enjoy a night at the movies!
