The Sheraton Suites, Cuyahoga Falls, is host to the 34th Ohio Regimental Military Ball on February 18, 2023. An entire day reminiscent of Gone With The Wind with historical Blue and Gray uniformed men, Civilians, and Presenters lecturing throughout the day from 10 am to 4 pm in three designated Conference Rooms. Free with Ball Ticket. Families are encouraged to attend these educational presentations: $5 per person or $10 per family.

Unlimited Conferences included in ball ticket - WITHOUT BALL TICKET $25 pp. $5.00 pp

Free dance lessons are given at 3:30 in the Ballroom for those timid but curious. Caller instruction will facilitate your perfect dance orchestrated by the 73rd OVi Brass Band.

Learn what they wore during the Civil War era. Sutlers (Vendors) will offer Civil War items: shoes, jewelry, clothes, dresses (corsets), Civilian men’s hats and clothes, women’s apparel. Feel the 1860’s throughout the day with the Federal Rebels entertaining with lively Civil War music played around a campfire during the War. Reenactors in uniform and beautiful dresses is an historical representation of another time.

Ladies of the Grand Army of the Republic will have a room fully displayed as the Sanitary Commission Fair.
This was an important organization for the Civil War soldiers and veterans and continues today with service.
