Cuyahoga Valley National Park is truly special—it’s Ohio’s only national park and the 12th most visited in the U.S. in 2023. Located right here in Summit County, this park offers over 125 miles of hiking trails. Start your journey on the Brandywine Gorge Loop, where you’ll encounter Brandywine Falls, the tallest waterfall in the county. Cascading 60 feet, this awe-inspiring sight is not to be missed. For something truly unique, explore the Ledges Trail. This trail features striking rock formations that you won’t find anywhere else in the park, making it a favorite among visitors. The southern section of the Buckeye Trail offers something special – the Everett Covered Bridge is along this trail and is the only remaining covered bridge in Summit County.
