Submission Process

Please click on the button below to start your submission process. Be sure to fill out every prompt and have your completed passport visible in the photo.

Submit
  1. Fill out the information form inside of your Passport.
  2. Complete the submission form using the same information as your Passport. Email invitations will only be sent to submissions with matching information. Each invitation is only valid for one RSVP to the bash.
  3. Upload a photo of your completed Passport, ensuring that your written information is clearly visible. You can snap a photo from a mobile device or upload a photo from a computer.
  4. Once your Passport is entered, our team will confirm that the information submitted matches the information written on the Passport. As the date of the Summit Brew Path Bash draws closer, and once your Passport is confirmed, you will receive an email invite to the 2024 Summit Brew Path Bash. Please be sure to RSVP to the Brew Path Bash through that invitation!
