​Here’s what you’ll need to know and do:

  • Use the passport (you'll pick one up at your first stop) as a guide to visit the 23 official stops throughout Akron/Summit County, Ohio.
  • ​Make a purchase at a minimum of 19 out of the 23 stops and get stamped in the respective area.
  • Collect the stamps to receive a fifth-anniversary, limited-edition coffee mug. When you redeem your passport for your FREE mug, you'll also automatically be entered into a drawing for a chance to win The Drip Drive $500 Grand Prize Package!

2024 DEADLINE: Friday - December 13, 2024 by 5pm

Passports must be completed and redeemed by this date in order to receive the coffee mug and be entered into the drawing. No exceptions will be made after the deadline. One passport, one entry and one coffee mug per person.

 

 

​Eligibility: Must make a purchase and get stamped at 19 out of the 23 official coffee shops to be entered. The “grand prize” is open to all U.S. residents, 21 years or older, except employees of any participating companies, and any affiliated companies, advertising or promotion agencies (if any) or members of their respective families.

 

Entry: To enter, complete The Drip Drive by obtaining "stamps" at at least 19 of the official 23 stops. Redeem your passport at one of the two locations listed above by December 13, 2024 by 5pm.

 

Grand Prize: One grand prize winner will be selected at random from all received entries; the grand prize is a Greater Akron Experience Package valued at $500. Odds of winning will depend on the number of qualified entries received.

 

General: Expenses incurred in addition to the package will be the sole responsibility of the winner.  No transfers.  The Akron/Summit Convention & Visitors Bureau may substitute prizes for prizes of like value at the sole discretion of the sponsoring agents.  Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the additional packages/prizes offered.  Package winners must execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 10 days or the package will be awarded to an alternate.  Winners must be 21 years or older.  Package winner is subject to federal, state and local regulations and laws and is void where restricted or prohibited. The Akron/Summit Convention & Visitors Bureau is not responsible for any injuries suffered while participating in the contest. By entering, participants agree to the rules and the decision of the Akron/Summit Convention & Visitors Bureau and expressly consent to the use of their name, photograph or likeness for advertising this and similar promotions by the Akron/Summit Convention & Visitors Bureau.
